TIMELAPSES

As well as running around busy events, sometimes its nice to plan out the angle & time of a sunrise / sunset, check the weather, meticulously plan through what we are capturing and how we want to do it, and then promptly sit down for several hours and make sure everything behaves itself.

In all seriousness I love the process of capturing a timelapse and find them hypnotic to watch.

The Grinch

Laterooms & Universal hired me through Digitize Films to produce a timelapse of a hotel room being transformed into the Grinch’s den for a lucky competition winner.

Space was very tight but I managed to hide three cameras to capture the action - The Sony A7s on a Syrp motion control unit, The FS5 with wide angle lens and a GoPro mounted to a wall and powered via usb power banks.
